Our Mission
To be the hands and feet of Christ to orphaned children in Uganda
We partner with local orphanages, caregivers, and communities to provide food, shelter, education, and — above all — the experience of unconditional love. We believe that when a child knows they are loved, everything becomes possible.
Our Vision
A world where no child grows up without a family
We envision communities in Uganda where every orphaned child is embraced by a caring home, equipped with an education, and empowered to become a leader in their own right. We are not building dependency — we are building futures.
Our Foundation
Rooted in Faith
My Father's House Foundation was founded on the belief that God calls His people to care for the orphan and the widow. James 1:27 is not a suggestion — it is a mandate. Everything we do flows from that conviction: that the children of Uganda are not forgotten by God, and they will not be forgotten by us.
"Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress."
James 1:27
Our History
How It All Began
My Father's House Foundation was born out of a single trip to Uganda in 2009. Our founders traveled to East Africa expecting to serve for two weeks and return home unchanged. They did not return unchanged.
What they found in Uganda were children of extraordinary resilience and joy — children who had lost parents to disease, poverty, and conflict, but who still laughed, still dreamed, and still reached out their hands to strangers. That image never left.
In 2026, the foundation was formally established as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. In the years since, we have grown from supporting a single orphanage in Kampala to partnering with multiple homes across Uganda, serving hundreds of children annually.
We remain a lean, donor-funded organization. Every dollar given goes directly to the children. That is a promise we have kept since day one, and one we intend to keep forever.
